Wiggle Rump Ranch, hereby states that the below described puppy will leave our home in good physical and mental health. All puppies receive a vet exam prior to leaving. If for some reason you are concerned with the health of the puppy, you may wish to take the puppy (at your expense) to a vet of your choice to ease your concerns. If a refund is requested for the said puppy, due to a vet verified health condition, it must be done within 3 business days of receipt of the puppy. In addition, we guarantee the described puppy against any inheritable/genetic defects that take the puppy's life for a period of 24 months. Should a licensed veterinarian determine that such genetic defects are present during this time frame, the breeder must be notified within 24hrs and a necropsy performed if death has occurred. Wiggle Rump Ranch will offer a replacement puppy of equal value once we have had a veterinarian of our choice evaluate the puppy/dog in question. This contract is not transferable.

In purchasing a pet puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing NOT TO BREED YOUR PUPPY/DOG which is being sold to you with AKC LIMITED registration. Spay/neuter is recommended no sooner 1+ year of age. Caution should be taken concerning accidental matings as they will be able to mate before that time.
Under No Circumstances should a Wiggle Rump Puppy/Dog end up in a pet shop, research lab, shelter, or rescue. A $5000 fine will be issued to the buyer should such facility contact us/breeder/seller with surrendered puppy/dog through microchip verification. Initial _______
In purchasing a puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing to keep the puppy/dog at home living with you. If at any time in the dog's life you are unable to keep and/or care for the dog, you agree to contact us;
(1) with the contact information of the new home you are planning to place him/her in,
(2) contact us for assistance in finding a suitable home, or
(3) return ownership of the dog to us. (proof of rabies is required by law)
Our Main Concern is for the Well Being of The Said Puppy.
In purchasing a puppy from Wiggle Rump Ranch, you are agreeing to maintain the puppy in good mental and physical condition. If either Buyer or Seller takes any legal actions regarding this contract, actions are to be initiated in Kittitas County, Washington. Additional Care Instructions:
No Jogging, Jumping, Intense Exercise is to be asked of the puppy prior to 1 year of age and/or when growth plates have closed. Puppies will play and that is fine, but if we are asking/letting them jump off furniture, a deck, catch a toy/frisbee in the air, or jog along side us, etc... - it is us pushing the puppy beyond what is safe for correct bone/joints, soft tissue, and muscle development. Your puppy will do more than it should in an effort to please you and have fun. We must be careful as their owners. :o)
PLEASE DO NOT OVER FEED YOUR PUPPY/DOG! Obesity is so detrimental to growth/development of your puppy’s body. An obese dog will encounter many more health complications than a thinner one at any point of its' life.
Additionally we ask that you feed Life's Abundance Puppy Food for the first 6-12 months, then Life's Abundance Regular dog food. We trust the quality of the ingredients, the freshness to guarantee those ingredients are intact, and the company has NEVER had a recall. We will help you get set up to have this food delivered fresh to your door as needed PRIOR to your puppy coming home
